I found this photo of the “old” Saron Lutheran church at my folks house this weekend. I thought I’d toss in a contemporary photo of it today as well. Most of you know how I love then and now comparisons! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I added a few slides my folks had of the choir and mother daughter or father son banquets to show the interior. Note the men served at the mother daughter events!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lynn Asher<\/a> Wow! This cracks me up to see gramps in the kitchen and in dress clothes. The kitchen in old Saron Lutheran church. I remember they had many dinners there, we would be lined up the stairs. I’m thinking this was maybe a mother\/daughter banquet. That’s why all the guys are in the kitchen.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
